DESIGN-PARTNER OFFER

One recurring route.
A measurable pilot.

For boutique market-entry and advisory teams that repeatedly reconstruct sources, dependencies and client decision briefs.

Proposed scope

Current self-service scope: public-source research and decision preparation with explicit unresolved questions. The pilot does not include a hired legal expert or imply that one is already available. A second person's workflow review is not professional certification.

One company profile, one directional corridor and one defined management decision. A four-week pilot includes a baseline workflow interview, source ledger, institutional decision gates, a reviewable brief and one revision cycle. The EU–Qatar reference illustrates the structure. Other corridors need their own source work and scope review.

Proposed fee: EUR 4,500

This is an initial pricing hypothesis for discussion, not established sales history. Taxes and agreed external specialist costs are additional where applicable. The final contracting entity, scope, timetable, payment terms and professional responsibilities must be agreed in a signed statement of work before delivery or payment. No transaction is created by this page.

What we measure

Acceptance standard

The pilot supplies an editable case, direct source links, named responsibilities, explicit unresolved points and a review session. The target is complete traceability of material propositions and no hidden critical assumptions. A 30% time-saving target is a test hypothesis, not a proven result or a contractual guarantee.

Scope boundaries

Legal opinions, incorporation, immigration representation, banking approvals, government fees and automated compliance guarantees are excluded. Qualified specialists retain responsibility for regulated professional work. Use only non-sensitive information until data-processing and security arrangements are agreed.

Discuss a pilot

Tell us your corridor, recurring decision, current workflow and who owns the budget. We will assess fit before proposing a contract.
